PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability, if we discover an error in the availability of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order without the units of the product out of stock, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if those units had been cancelled and you will receive a refund of the corresponding amount, or you will be charged by the total amount discounting the unavailable units.

While we do our best to ensure that all data, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with the correct price, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been cancelled.

Regarding shipping costs, where applicable, they will be charged additionally; such additional costs are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”. Your card will be charged once the payment has been processed.

You can ask us for the purchase receipt as soon as you want. By default, in the shipment of the product the receipt is not included but we do send a summary in the order confirmation email. If you ask us for it, we will be happy to send it to you along with your order.

Where applicable, prices include VAT, at the applicable rate for the receiving country within the European Union.

PAYMENT METHODS

We use the Paypal and Stripe payment gateways to make payments. You can do it through your Paypal account, if you have one, or with a credit card, without need of having a Paypal account. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Apple Pay.

SHIPPING POLICY

We supply to the entire national and international territory. 

The shipping rate depends on each country but you can calculate it at the time of purchase, shipping usually takes between 1-2 days for Spain and 2-5 days for the rest of the world.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, an email will be sent to you to confirm that it is on its way. If you place your order after 5 p.m., it will be prepared the next business day.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER AND INVOICE

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email, but the order will not be effective until the payment has been accepted and the corresponding charge has been made to your credit or debit card.

If you need an invoice, write to us at hello@difconcept.com indicating the order number and your billing information.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

* Custom made products cannot be canceled or refunded.

* Underwear cannot be returned or refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 day after the purchase has been made, in order to have enough time to manage the cancellation of the order.

REFUND POLICY

At DiF, we accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products we have sent you, we will refund your full purchase price discounting shipping costs, if any.

The term for any return is 30 days from when the customer receives the merchandise. Shipping costs will be assumed by the customer and the parcel will be send by certified mail or private courier to the following address:

In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. The returned products will be your responsibility until they reach our studio.

At DiF, we want you to be 100% satisfied. So if the products are not as expected, send us an email to hello@difconcept.com and together we will solve it.

RETURN PROCESS

Arrival at our studio. We will inspect and process the products within 24/48 hours to ensure that you receive your refund as soon as possible and we will send you an email notification to confirm it.

Any refund will be issued automatically with the same payment method that was used to make the purchase and the card used. Normally the period for the charge to appear reflected in your account is between 5 and 10 days from the moment it is confirmed refund.

COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND SECURITY

When you enter an area of ​​the site that requires the entry of confidential information, such as your credit card, a lock icon will appear in the browser’s address bar, indicating that the page is secure.

DiF uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and its private communications as well as security and technology standards are compatible with the most popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information by encrypting your credit card, name, address, telephone number, identification number and your password so that they cannot be read by unauthorized people.

Although the system has encryption technologies and uses other reasonable precautions to protect confidential information and ensure adequate security, there is no guarantee that information transmitted over the Internet will be secure, or that such transmissions will be free from interruptions, of bad interception or some kind of error.

In order to enter into a contract with DiF, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card, issued by a bank that is acceptable to us.
